"Kinda difficult to do the self check-in. Must get an access code to enter the apartment and complete the entire check-in process.
The rooms are basically perfect though."

"I booked a hotel for my colleague at the company. There was an exhibition in Dongbudong, Germany. We needed to book in advance, otherwise the price would skyrocket."
"Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle.
The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen.
Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place."
"The venue is superb, but the service not really good enough. As I have made an appointment for my family with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however once after check in ,I found that just 1 king bed inside and I try to make a clarification at the front desk and make it clear that I pay different price for that room. However, she insist not shown in my booking information.
Luckily, the Manager solve the problems with an sofa bed as well within 30 mins.
The last but not least no discount for the carpark."
"Beautiful hotel, central location, clean.
Excellent swimming pool and spa.
Excellent service, I forgot a sweatshirt in the room (a gift I am very fond of) and immediately they found it and sent it to my home address.
Nice and good breakfast.
Super recommended!"
"The hotel is very large and the parking location is very convenient, but the parking fee has been increased to 12 euros. It is not the price written on the platform website. The breakfast choice is also very rich. It is a very German breakfast. There are a variety of breads and sausages to choose from. It is worth staying. The price is also very real."
"The room was still very clean and tidy. Breakfast is also very good!
Parking needs to be parked in the underground parking lot over the train station.
However, there is a place at the door where you can temporarily load and unload your luggage, which is more convenient."

Very Good
IIbrahim binLove from Malaysia 🇲🇾! Looking forward to to meet you guys here especially wonderful staff of this hostel! 🥰
I stayed at Five Reasons Hostel & Hotel on the night of October 3, 2024, and had an excellent experience. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, though I’ve forgotten her name. She set a great vibe for my stay, and I was able to check in earlier and even choose my own bed, which was a nice touch.
The beds have outlet chargers conveniently placed next to them, and the views from the hostel are stunning. The price is very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way as this hostel could easily get more popular. It’s perfect for anyone seeking serenity and peace, and two of the beds even come with privacy curtains.
There’s a lovely garden behind the kitchen, which is well-equipped with cutlery, a water boiler, a fridge, and a kitchenette. The hostel is easy to spot from the train station, and it offers direct transport to the airport, which is super convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of seating, making it feel homely.
This place is perfect for those who want a quiet, peaceful environment while still having spaces to socialize. I truly wished I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere a bit more. And there's a free tour, too! Highly recommended! (please don't increase the price! I'll comeback! 🥰)
GGuest UserStaff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well designed, ample space to store luggage and still feel spacious. We took breakfast for one morning, it was okay. All usual offerings for breakfast buffet. They have a few on request items as well included in the buffet. Considerate enough to put celiac and lactose free options in there as well. The spa and pool are quite good and well equipped as well.
AAnonymous UserExcellent location: walking distance to the train station, the old town (tourist attraction) and the Christmas market.
The breakfast buffet is rich: a wide variety, delicious, and a variety of coffee and tea bags are also of a certain quality.
GGuest UserI loved age location of the hotel. It is near the Salzburg ZOB bus station and Salzburg main train station. It is also walking distance to lots of restaurants and the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are polite and helpful.

1. Location is good. Not more than 10 mins walking distance from Nurnberg.
2. No need to check out. And they also provide self check in or check by front desk.
Cos
1. Bring your own slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste. No kettle provide either.
2. The front desk charge me 2€ as I early arrived and request to drop down my luggage before I check in. I don't know wether it is a usual practice or not. Hope someone can tell me.
CChrisW76Enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely do again. It only recently opened and so everything is spotless. Only downside is that the food onsite is very limited and due to understaffing when I visited, it took over an hour to get a pizza heated up. Good news is that it is very close to a supermarket so easy to stock up.
LLife is AmazingThe location was good. Very close to the train station. Opposite have the Rewe, very convenient.
The room size was fine for two, and there was a microwave in the room. If you need the tableware or kettle, you could request it at the reception but with 50euro deposit.
Breakfast is also good. Have a fresh make pancake.
MMui LianThe room is not big, but very clean. It is located very close to the tourist attractions and the train station is only a few minutes' walk away. The front desk allowed us to check in early for free. We will stay here again next time if we have the chance.

Anyway, the best feature of this hostel is its location, as it's literally next to the bus station. You can arrive late at night without any worries since it's only a 1-minute walk, and you can even see the buses from the window. The train station is also nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk away.
The lobby is spacious and offers various seating options, including sofas, dining tables, and coffee tables. There are table games available for a relaxed atmosphere while waiting, and there's a small section for kids as well.
However, there are a few downsides. Towels are not provided, and the charging ports are limited to USB outlets, meaning you’ll have to use slower chargers since there are no dedicated power outlets.
AAnonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
