Friendly staff but cleanliness is very poor. The housekeeper either comes very late or not coming. Most unable to speak English. For the 9 nights stay, I only had once to clean up my room. Most time I have to ring the front desk to ask for cups, coffee, towels and many things.

It's abit of distance from the metro but still walkable as the stretch is lined with lotsa of eateries and hotpots restaurant. Room is decent and comfortable. For the price I think it's worth staying to experience New York for a few days to save on lodging and the rest of the trip can be at Manhatten itself.

The hotel is very clean and has a great location. We ordered a standard king size bed room. But when we got there，king bed room ran out and the front desk lady helped us upgrade our room to a suite. What a big surprise！ Staffs are very nice and helpful here.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking.
They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.
Nice view at night.
I will book again if I’m in the area. :)

Located a little bit far from the subway but there is still a lot of restaurants around. Can’t get my room until 5pm, a bit upset but the staff offered me a free breakfast but I didn’t take it. Overall it is good and I think I will come back.

Staff at counter is friendly and helpful. The hotel has complimentary coach to LaGuardia airport. The room is spacious and the facilities and utilities are very good. The hotel is located in Flushing, close to subway and Chinese restaurants. There are many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, convenient for Chinese tourists to stay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will definitely consider to choose this hotel again.

Its a budget hotel but given the prices of hotels in nyc at the moment , i didn't have much choice at this price level. No one came to clean our room the first night. Well soneone knocked and we said we will leave in 5 mins and come back much later, and room ended up not cleaned.
I booked this hotel thinking of indigo brand in bali, hk, and bangkok. It is not.
The front desk staff were super friendly though.
