La Residenza Isabella

First of all, this house is a four-star B&B on Ctrip, but Google Maps shows it is only two stars, so I feel like the accommodation here is only two stars. Advantages: The house is a 20-minute walk from Milan Cathedral, in a courtyard in a residential area, and very quiet. The room also has a small balcony. The staff prepared some snacks and milk for breakfast. Disadvantages: When I was taking a shower, the circuit breaker in the room tripped for no reason, and the power and internet were cut off. The hot water seemed to be heated quickly by the water heater, and then I was halfway through the shower when the whole room was dark and there was no hot water. There was no phone in the room, so I called the staff in the dark. She basically didn't understand English. I spoke to her in English, and she asked me to translate it into Italian and send her a message, then she hung up the phone. I called several times but my phone was disconnected. After that, I contacted Ctrip to find an agent, and the agent seemed to want to send her a message. The bilingual four-star hotel receptionist didn't understand English at the critical moment. She let me take a half shower and freeze in the dark for half an hour before coming to check on me. She also said it was not their problem. I was just taking a shower and didn't use any electrical appliances. How could the power go out automatically? I have never encountered such a situation in any B&B I have stayed in, and I am very dissatisfied with the handling speed and attitude. Bad review. In addition, the shower water in the residence was hot and cold and leaked. There were also two huge mosquitoes in the room. The four-star rated homestay only feels like two stars. I suggest you don't choose this one, but choose a hotel.

This is the first review I write on Tripadvisor and I'm happy to start with a bang, my opinion is absolutely positive about everything, the people who make up the staff, the comfort, the availability of services, and so on and so forth... everything at the top. When I have the chance to return to Milan, I will choose Voi again as my first choice. A week in which I felt at home. Thanks again for everything!

B&B in the Porta Romana area, near the Court, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, and a few minutes walk from the yellow metro line (M3 Crocetta stop). The rooms, very well looked after and equipped with every comfort, are located in a sort of private courtyard, immersed in silence, so much so that it doesn't seem like you are in a big city like Milan. The area is quiet, residential. Our double room, 140 euros per night with breakfast, also had a beautiful terrace/roof garden, where you could sunbathe. I would like to point out that in the bathroom there was a shower with chromotherapy. Breakfast to be consumed in the room with packaged products, + coffee machine, microwave for milk, fruit, juices, in short, well organized even if "self service". Paid garage not far away: 20 euros for one day. Friendly and helpful reception staff. I'll keep this in mind for next time

Very nice, nice and clean apartment. Strategic location, about ten minutes walk from the Duomo. Isabella and her collaborators are really kind and helpful. The private garage a few meters from the apartment is super convenient.

A guarantee of friendliness, hospitality and professionalism. The apartment is delightful, nothing is missing, it feels like being at home. It's the second time I've returned, but there will certainly be many more. Not to be overlooked is the proximity to the subway and parking.
