I don't even know where to start! Please don't come here, it's for Russians and Russians only. The service and the attitude are diabolical. The food is disgusting and an extremely small selection to choose from, the drinks are just as bad, and very limited and they try and charge extra for cocktails. We were given 2 bottles of water when we arrived then told we cant have anymore just fill them up from the despenser, The hotel isn't all-inclusive. The pool was a joke, it was slimy and tiny and literally only 12 sunbeds for the whole hotel. The so called private beach was filthy, not welcoming at all. Any time we needed anything they couldn't be bothered, we were told they were to busy at one point to even help us, we extended our holiday but went to a different hotel. We told them this and they still tried getting us up at 2 am to leave, but because they couldn't be arsed to listen to us or help or even slightly try to communicate they said they didn't know and tried to blame us. You only get 1 key card so cant keep your AC on when out. They said its to save money. We paid for an all inclusive holiday and it just wasn't. Please believe the bad reviews because I went off of one good review and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made, I cant stress enough how bad it is. Everything was insanely bad, turkey is an amazing place but this hotel is not! And just a polite note to you Russians. Don't stare at people its rude. At least blink and maybe smile. And to anyone else if ya stupid enough not to listen to the bad reviews the infinity restaurant next door is beautiful, and they have a beach front with sunbeds on.

Our first time visit at Marmaris and we are in love 💕 We stayed at or 4 nights in June during a short vacation, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean and housekeeping was consistent and discreet, working very hard. Thank you ❤️ The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome— thanks Alex at the front desk, huge thanks to kitchen staff for making wonderful delicious food, and really amazing restaurant staff, big thank you to you all 😍 We also loved the rooftop pool, with the trees around and singing bird's. Great location, only few steps to the beach ⛱️ and to the local bars. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Don’t be out off by the typical BRITS ABROAD comments. Great value for money adult only hotel which is exceptionally clean, modern and well maintained. All rooms have beautiful view of sea and beach area. Only negative is AI finishes at 10pm. The food was lovely. Plenty of salad, variety of chicken and fish meals, rice, pizza etc - not sure why people travel when all they want to eat is chicken nuggets and and chips. Breakfast wasn’t particularly great but consisted of typical continental style with some hot options such as boiled eggs, sausages, mushrooms, potato etc. The hotel is literally a stones throw from a private beach with luxurious wooden sunloungers. There is also a small jetty with huge cushions to relax on. Sadly, there is no drinks service at the beach but the hotel bar is open all day and literally 20m away. Beach towels are provided by the hotel which you can change each day for fresh. Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Although the bar shut at 10pm, there was never a problem of stacking drinks up after this time. We sat in the bar area drinking till midnight most nights. Measures were huge - local spirits and beer. Hotel is located on the promenade and a steady walk will take you into Marmaris although you can catch the bus at the top of the food for about 50p. Having visited Marmaris many times, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in as a group of 4 40yr old women.

If you are English then I wouldn't even bother stepping foot within this "all inclusive" hotel. The food is disgusting and catered for the locals and not inclusive of any other nationalities. The drinks all taste like nail varnish remover (alcoholic) and cocktails are extra cost, there is no snacks just dry slice of cake and a biscuit that's like a stone. The rooms are lovely but the Aircon randomly comes on during the night and cannot be switched off. When complained to the reception staff we were told we were too picky, we spent around £300 out on food and drinks when we were supposed to be at an all inclusive.

I have just got back from this hotel after my solo holiday! I have been to Turkey 10 times and have never written a review about any of my stays as I haven’t had to but there are something things that people need to know about this hotel! If you are British stay away from this hotel! While I was there I was only British person staying at the hotel and staff and other guests would stare a lot as they could smell an English man! I cannot fault the rooms at all, they are very comfortable and do the job but cleanliness wise it could be better! I had the same foot towel for the majority of the week, balcony wasn’t swept once, ashtray wasn’t emptied, and rubbish was taken away! The food is just terrible! Unless you like rice, chicken in a strange sauce or a plate of salad your screwed! The food that I did eat was always cold, and can tell all the food is cheap! They had some form of beef and it just turned to powder in my mouth! Very strange!! When I arrived at the hotel the service was very bad I was taken to my room, given the key and left in the dark (literally) nothing was explained to me about meal times or any information about the hotel, it wasn’t until I found a scruffy piece of paper on the reception desk that I found out this information! The day after I arrived the man behind the desk chased after me with my passport as I had left it there from the night before, he said that my rep needed to talk to me… I told him that I didn’t need to speak to the rep as I already had all my indication about my flight home etc and didn’t want to any trips so I told him… he then got in the phone to the rep and told him I was down around the pool and he hunted me down!! On my last day another English couple arrived and they had already planned to move as they felt uncomfortable and mentioned about the food! Staff are quite rude and unhelpful! The beach is lovely and the sunbeds are very comfy, around the pool on the other hand is not! Would I return here? No! And I would stay away!!

I have stayed in Marmaris and other parts of Turkey many times. From my point of view, this hotel has so far, been the best. Our room is big enough for 2, looks to have been recently renovated. The cleaners have been every day, and they leave it immaculate. I have heard a few people say their room is small, but have said they have been offered a swap . The bar at the back of the hotel plays loud music or karaoke until midnight, so if you like an early night, take ear plugs. The beds are very comfortable, if extra pillows, blankets are needed, reception sorts it for you. The location of the hotel is not central, it’s quite a way from the port area, but there are taxi’s and buses to take you there or to Icmeler. Reception staff have been very helpful, and speak clear English. We have been here for 5 days, and in that time , there’s only been one occasion we didn’t fancy the food. Unfortunately, the hot dishes are only ever lukewarm. The sweets are plentiful and delicious. Cannot comment on the alcohol as not tried it. Soft drinks are branded and not cheap local stuff. There is a cold water dispenser and a coffee machine. Restaurant staff seem to speak very little English, but they are polite and work hard. I personally have had no issues here. For what we have paid, everything is perfect for us. But of course, my opinion is subjective.

I would start by saying the five star reviews for this hotel are very misleading and that was not my experience at all. I would not return to this hotel and would say it’s the worst all inclusive I’ve ever stayed in. Had there been an option of swapping hotels we would have done. We had to upgrade our rooms on arrival as they were tiny so paid an extra €130 to move to the 5th floor. I will say the room I subsequently stayed in was beautiful and the sea view was stunning. Cleaning of it however was fairly minimal. There is a small lift and no option of using the stairs to/from the top floor so you are restricted. There is no air con on that corridor and the lift is very slow so you stand there very ages feeling very hot. Of note you get one bottle of water on arrival and from that point you are expected to just fill that up - you don’t get any more. Our travel rep from ‘on the beach’ - Ercan - ripped us off completely on our first morning when we booked three trips with him so beware if he tries to sell you any. It was only when we spoke to other people we realised he had charged us double what others had paid so my advice would be to shop around. I didn’t use the swimming pool. It is very small and I don’t think I saw anybody in it the whole time we were there. There are about 12 sun beds next to it. The beach area is small but there were never any issues getting beds. The beds are fabric and comfy but inevitably they get stained with sun cream etc but I think that is unavoidable due to the material - I did see them getting hosed down at the end of the day though. The sea is lovely and warm with lots of fish swimming around. The staff were pleasant enough but in contrast to the other reviews on here I would certainly not say they went above and beyond - not even remotely - they made no attempt to get to know us or speak to us beyond taking our drinks orders which was noticeable as in other bars/restaurant’s we visited in Marmaris our experience was very different. The lads in the restaurant are all quite young and seemed immature - one of the lads seemed better than the others in clearing tables, being attentive etc (apologies I don’t know his name) but for the most part they would often stand on their phones, smoke at the rear of the bar and occasionally play fight with each other. There was one occasion where they were sat down together and I asked for a drink and they looked like I was an inconvenience. We repeatedly had to ask for cutlery or for more food to be put out when it had run out as no-one was monitoring this. One male on reception speaks good English and was more cheerful/chatty and more willing to help with any issues. Our biggest issue was the food. The choice is very limited. Some of the meals were tasty but there are no labels of what the food is so occasionally it was guesswork re what meat it was. If you don’t go at the start of the food service we found that it was lukewarm later on and/or not available at all. Eg
