酒店很好，服務員很細心。晚上身體不適，要服務員幫忙藥等等，他們也十分專業。
我們途中要換房、延遲退房等等，服務員十分樂意幫忙。
另外，酒店位置很好，性價比也好。整體印象十分好。

房間舒適安靜。房間隔音效果很好，花灑出水快，很舒服。電視畫面清晰，網速超快。服務也是隨叫隨到，送水送桌椅。早餐健康美味種類多。下次還來。

環境一般，房間有黴味，配了一個空氣凈化器，不知道有沒有用。洗手盆濺水，手打滑，刷牙杯掉到洗手盆，磕了個口子。酒店説要賠償30元，要打劫的節奏。網上一查麗楓同款杯7.57元。最後微信要賠18元。酒店不想着怎麼提高用户體驗感，讓人失望。

大年初二來到惠州大亞灣，因探親關係來到這麗楓酒店下塌一晚，初時感覺良好，房間沒有異味景觀開揚，床鋪舒適，但到夜晚，同樓層其中一房的住客太自私了，她和她的小朋友開著房門玩耍，令這層樓都非常嘈吵。後來應該是服務員來到叫他們安靜點，雖然她們後來關著門，但她們仍玩耍至午夜十二點，還是很嘈吵，其他住客也忍不住敲門叫她們安靜。

酒店房間床舒服, 冷氣及熱水都好, 但一進房間時, 有一浸霉味, 可能地毯問題吧。
位置附近沒有什麼可逛街地方, 隔鄰有麥當奴, 瑞幸咖啡, 還有一間食飯餐廳。
走路10分鐘有大潤發及食肆小店, 早餐美味便宜。
