Good for a short no fuss stay. Good location and parking upon request. The building is very old, yet matches the city atmosphere, rooms have been remodeled keeping the "retro" style to its best. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, all impecably clean. If you can, try and bring with you an electrical outlet splitter since the room is from the time there was no appliances to plug-in, so if you wish to charge your phone you must unplug the night lamp! Staff are very easy going and helpful. Lots of staircases up and down to get to the rooms, consider requesting for a room on the ground floor if your mobility is poor. Breakfast is very nice (tea, coffee, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and croissants).

Pésimo servicio, grosero y descuidado, habitación con olor a humedad, podrido e insoportable y ducha que no calienta. Sin duda, nuestra peor experiencia, la mía y la de mis amigos. Era nuestra segunda vez en Uruguay y nos sorprendió tanta falta de educación, infraestructura y profesionalismo. Realmente decepcionante.

Si bien no es el hotel que habíamos elegido, no alojamos en él, porque donde habiamos reservado tuvo que cerrar por problemas en sus cañerías y en la electricidad, derivándonos al hotel Beltrán. En primer lugar debo agradecer a Sandra su dueña que nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y en todo momento estuvo a nuestra disposición Se encuentra a pocas cuadras del centro historico, por lo tanto, no es necesario utilizar auto para moverse. Se puede conocer todo caminando de día y de noche en forma segura. El hotel tiene características de una posada, faltan algunos detalles de mantenimiento, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias, el baño amplio aunque le falta algún estante para apoyar los elementos de aseo. El desayuno es básico, pero tiene lo sufieciente para emprender el día. En este caso valoramos mucho la atención y esmero del personal del hotel.

Hotel histórico, remodelado respetando el estilo, con detalles a mejorar pero no graves. No lujoso pero con buena relación costo - servicio. Muy bien ubicado, buena atención. Nos llamó la atención que a las 18hs. la gente de recepción se retiraba y quedaba como un B&B, tal vez por la época del año (junio) funcionaba así. El desayuno correcto.

O hotel é do século XIX (1873, salvo engano), e sua decoração segue essa proposta com ambientes e móveis mais antigos. Bem localizado, permite conhecer o centro antigo de Colônia a pé. Ainda conta com bares, restaurantes e supermercados próximos. Traz um café da manhã simples, mas que é suficiente

O hotel está alojado no mesmo prédio desde 1873. Os apartamentos são modernizados, com ar condicionado, camas tipo box, TV de tela plana. Não há cofres nos apartamentos, mas a propriedade oferece a guarda de valores e documentos num cofre. Nem todos os quartos oferecem frigobar. Os banheiros são bem adequados. O hotel não tem acessibilidade e não é adequado para pessoas com muita dificuldade de locomoção. Um detalhe importante é a disponibilidade de estacionamento próprio. A localização é excepcional, próximo à cidade velha e aos melhores restaurantes e lojas da cidade. Diárias incluem café da manhã, que é bastante razoável em qualidade e variedade. A equipe é gentil e atenciosa.

Cama boa, chuveiro bom.. quarto limpo .. porém hotel antigo.. café da manhã simples Bem localizado, dá para fazer passeios no centro antigo tudo a pé .. próximo de tudo.. tem estacionamento Funcionários foram bem educações e prestativos.
