"The hotel is located in a new area not far from the airport in the suburbs. There should be some schools or emerging industrial parks nearby. This time we stayed mainly because we had to return the car to the airport and leave the country the next day. There is a gas station about 8 minutes walk around the hotel, with a small supermarket attached, where you can buy some simple food and drinks. The hotel rooms are spacious. Because it is an apartment, refrigerators and kitchenware are all available for cooking. The hotel also has a laundry room, which provides paid services. It happened that we had been traveling for a while and some clothes were washed and dried here. This is pretty good. There are many rooms in the hotel, most of which should be long-term guests, many young people, but it is not crowded."

"A good family room for 2 adults and 1 child, with a double bed and a single bed. Very close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive to Carrefour shopping district, very convenient for dining and shopping"

"Very convenient near airport location, great for overnight layovers. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite nice. Nearby shopping strip has myriad restaurant choices, one of which, a tapas bar, sorry forgot the name, was excellent and very reasonably priced. But hotel charges €3 for a bottle of water...complimentary would have been nice, but I guess that's the norm in Europe...nothing free. "

"The room is well decorated and clean, but there is no free water, not even a hot water bottle. You have to pay for water. The location is not very close to the city center. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The surrounding is very quiet. , they all seem to be high-end residences. Apart from the delicious breakfast, I can't think of any other advantages."

"Very close to the subway station and bus station, there are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. Outside the first zone, the transportation card needs to cross the zone. The hotel has a restaurant and a gym. The buffet breakfast is 13 euros,"

"Nice place to stay in Madrid! Host was very nice & kind, room quite clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Cleaning every day. Shower gel and soap provided (as well as towels). Shops, pharmacy, cafes - all just around the corner. Metro & cercanias 10 min by walk. Of course, this is quite away from the city center (1 hour by metro) , but I'm used to this and enjoyed this calm district. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Madrid."

"We checkin late at night and was very tired. When entered the room there was no water and had to go down myself to reception to get 2 small water bottles and paid 1 euro for the extra small bottle. The room was super cold at night with no heater and cannot adjust the aircond temperature. Its suitable for a short stay and its not that near to Airport Terminal 1. There is a mall Plaza Norte 2 and convenience store called Aldi across the hotel."
